DailyFlow ("the App") respects and protects the privacy of all users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and use your personal information.

1. Data Collection

• Account Information: When signing in via Google, we obtain your email and basic profile info (name, avatar).
• Activity Logs: Any records you manually enter (mood, habits, logs, etc.).
• Multimedia: Images, photos, audio recordings, or video files you upload or record.
• Device Info: Model, OS version, language, and region for service optimization.

2. How We Use Data

• Provide, maintain, and optimize DailyFlow features.
• Enable cross-device synchronization.
• Process subscriptions and memberships.
• Share data with members of your "Shared Journals" with your consent.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with Shared Journal Members and Service Providers (Supabase, Google, RevenueCat).

4. Security & Data Retention

All data in transit between your device and our servers is protected by industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption. You can delete records or your account at any time.

5. End-to-End Encryption (E2EE)

DailyFlow offers an optional E2EE feature. When enabled, your journal contents are encrypted locally on your device before being uploaded. We are technically unable to read, access, or help recover any encrypted content.

• User-held keys: Your encryption passphrase and keys are managed solely by you. We do not hold any copies.
• Irreversibility: If you forget your passphrase AND lose the Recovery Key generated during setup, all encrypted entries will be permanently unrecoverable. We cannot provide any technical assistance.
• Disclaimer: Data loss from improper E2EE key management is outside our service responsibility.

一、 我們蒐集的資料

• 帳號資訊：當您透過 Google 帳號登入時，我們僅會獲取您的電子郵件地址與基本個人簡介資訊。
• 活動紀錄：您在應用程式內手動輸入的所有紀錄。
• 多媒體內容：您選擇上傳或錄製至應用程式的檔案。
• 裝置資訊：為了改進服務品質，我們可能會蒐集裝置型號與作業系統版本。

二、 資料的使用方式

提供服務功能、實現跨裝置同步、處理訂閱會員資格，以及在您同意的情況下與共享日誌成員分享。

三、 資料的分享與揭露

我們不會出售資料。僅與共享日誌成員及必要服務供應商（Supabase, Google, RevenueCat）分享。

四、 資料安全與保存

所有裝置與伺服器之間的資料傳輸均運用 TLS/HTTPS 傳輸層加密保護。您可隨時刪除紀錄或帳戶。詳細操作說明請參閱我們的專屬 帳戶刪除申請頁面。

五、 端對端加密（E2EE）特別說明

DailyFlow 提供選擇性的 E2EE 功能。啟用後，您的日記內容將在您的裝置本地完成加密，再上傳至伺服器。我們在技術上無法讀取、存取或協助恢復任何已加密的内容。

• 金鑰由您自持：加密密碼與金鑰由您独立掌管，我們不會持有任何副本。
• 不可逆風險：若您忘記密碼且同時遺失設定時產生的「恢復金鑰」，則所有加密紀錄將永久無法復原，我們無法提供任何技術協助。
• 免責聲明：因 E2EE 金鑰管理不當所導致的資料損失，不在本服務的責任範圍之內。
